bojangles opened just before christmas in 2005 and has proved to be a real success, mainly down to the dedication of owners jackie kirkpatrick + carol thornton, plus the overwhelming support given by both local people and visitors to the area.
other than pubs, of which appleby has plenty (13 infact!) there are very few places where you can sit and relax over a nice bottle of something in stylish surroundings.
bojangles is both contemporary and stylish, with its oak flooring, leather sofas, modern tables and chairs and sophisticated lighting.
It's the perfect place day or evening to come and eat or just to enjoy a drink with friends.
